Scope
This policy applies to Juwa2Club.com, an independent guide and sign-up desk for Juwa 2.0. Player accounts are handled by the operator, whose privacy terms cover them.
Information that may reach us
- Emails you send, including those started from our contact form, which opens your own mail app.
- Basic server logs held by our host, such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed.
- Aggregate visitor statistics, only if analytics is switched on.
- Chat messages, handled by the chat provider whenever a widget is enabled.
Purpose
Replying to you, keeping the site safe, improving content and meeting legal requirements. We never sell or rent personal data, and we do not profile visitors.
Cookies
We set no cookies of our own. Optional analytics or chat tools may set some; you can block them and still read everything.
Disclosure
Only to the services that run the site, to authorities when legally required, or to stop fraud or harm.
Retention
Messages are kept only as long as necessary to resolve your request and keep reasonable records.
Your rights
Where state privacy laws apply, including in California, you can request access to, correction of or deletion of your information at usher@juwa2club.com. You will not be penalized for asking.
Minors
The site is meant for adults 18+ (21+ where required). Information we discover came from a minor is deleted.
